CCAC CEIT is LEED Silver!

CCAC's new Center for Education, Innovation and Training has achieved LEED V4.1 Silver certification.  The project reduced outdoor water use by 85% through the use of efficient irrigation and a planting palette of native and adapted plants.  Furthermore the project includes 70% open space, the large part of which is vegetated and accessible.
