Lower Hill ‘Block E’ Wins Planning Commission Approval
Last night, the City of Pittsburgh Planning Commission approved Block E, part of the 28-acre Lower Hill Redevelopment. UpStudio designed the terraced landscape and seating at the Block E concert venue and parking garage.
