The Northview Heights Project replaces the existing ten-story high-rise in the Northview Heights neighborhood, with a new 43- unit midrise designed by Fukui Architects.  Surrounding woodlands and several large existing trees were preserved on the 3.95 acre site.   The landscape includes walking paths, covered exterior bike parking and raised garden planters for community gardening.  A central gazebo shelter with seating and fixed grills is a focal point of the rear garden landscape and serves as the central gathering space for residents.  Client: Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh
