The 2018 ASLA student Honor and Merit nominee presentations took place this past Saturday, April 21st at The Pennsylvania State University’s Stuckeman School.  The awards program seeks to honor outstanding students that, according to program guidelines, have “demonstrated the highest level of academic scholarship and of accomplishments in skills related to the art and technology of landscape architecture.”

USL’s Lisa Dugan was on the jury for the evaluation of BLA and MLA nominees.  Each candidate prepared and presented their select works and responded to a jury question/answer session.  The ASLA Student Honor and Merit Award program is administered by Penn State Department of Landscape Architecture Awards Committee and the PA-DE ASLA.  Awards winners will be announced at the Landscape Architecture Student Society Banquet on April 28th.  For more information about the ASLA Pennsylvania- Delaware Chapter and the awards program visit www.padeasla.org
