Elizabeth “Lisa” Dugan

PLA, ASLA, LEED AP BD+C, SITES AP
Principal, Landscape Architect

Founding principal Lisa Dugan is a key contributor to design and project management for all work, instilling the studio’s diverse project types with her enthusiasm for site-specific design that enriches both the ecology and human experience.

Her work draws from her training, experience, travel, and studies of the vernacular landscape.  The planting palettes, landscape patterns, local materials, detailing and use of space in these contexts helps to shape her evolving design aesthetic.  Lisa’s work demonstrates her ability to create thoughtful and functional spaces that reflect the local context and are sensitive to the natural and built environment.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University where she graduated with High Distinction and with Honors in Landscape Architecture.  She was the recipient of the American Society of Landscape Architects Award of Honor for Excellence in the Study of Landscape Architecture.

Lisa has been practicing landscape architecture for 22 years and is a registered landscape architect in Pennsylvania and Ohio and is CLARB certified.
